Founder & Chief Organisational Architect — NEXORA

A senior human-resources executive with more than two decades of hands-on experience in multinational organisations across Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, she has led transformation programmes, culture redesign, leadership development and the alignment of people strategy with business strategy at the highest levels. From repeated fractures at sensitive decision moments—and hundreds of lived cases—one question formed: why do organisations with sound strategy still misstep when the stakes peak? NEXORA is her answer. Leaders endure in memory not for abstract knowledge alone, but for what they do in the hardest moments—and DMA™ exists for exactly that threshold.
